14th Annual Blue Dome Arts Festival – May 19-21, 2017!

 

Please find and complete the correct application below: Artist, Food Vendor or Performer. All applications will go through the approval process and all approved applicants will be notified of their acceptance into the festival via email. ARTISTS

The Blue Dome Arts Festival is open to artists who live in the state of Oklahoma and construct hand-made works of art. Out-of-state vendors who live in adjoining states will be placed on a waiting list. The 3-day total fee for a 10’x10’ booth space is $150. While booth placement requests will be considered, the layout of the festival changes every year, so requests for specific locations can NOT be guaranteed. Festival coordinators will determine booth locations once the application deadline has passed and applications have been approved. If the festival becomes full before the deadline of March 1st, your name will be placed on the waiting list. Registration will be administered on Thursday, May 18, 2017 at the Blue Dome Building where all applicants will receive their booth locations and vendor packages. All other applicants will be able to register on the morning of Friday, May 19, 2017.

2017 Blue Dome Arts Festival – ARTIST APPLICATION

*APPLICATION DEADLINE: MARCH 1, 2017  (Applications received after March 1st  will be placed on a waiting list. If the festival becomes full before the deadline, your name will be placed on the waiting list as well. You will be notified via email/phone of your acceptance to the festival. FOOD VENDORS

The Blue Dome Arts Festival is open to food vendors (trucks/trailers) who live in the state of Oklahoma. We will have a large Food Truck Food Court near the music stage. The 3-day total fee for food vendors is $600. Additional fees may include power requirements and/or a parking pass. Your food service must comply with Tulsa County Health Department Regulations. All food vendors will be required to provide current licenses and permits, including their Business License, Sales Tax Permit, Health Department License, and Certificate of Insurance. Due to limited space, there is simply not enough room for all applicants to be accepted into the festival. Entry fees will be refunded promptly to any vendor who does not get accepted.

PERFORMERS

The Blue Dome Arts Festival is open to performing artists who live in the state of Oklahoma. We encourage all types of performers (musicians, poets, dancers, children, etc.) to participate. Applicants are encouraged to perform original works and will be held responsible for their own ASCAP/BMI charges should they use ANY copyrighted material not belonging to their group. We encourage performers to send a sample of their music, a video of their dance performance, etc. A table next to the stage will be provided for performers who wish to sell their goods during their performances.
